Steer around the puddles of bear barf.
GBt is a community of adventure oriented riders from across the globe turning pedals where they probably ought not be turnt. When we figure out how to make this site suck less than it currently does, we'll have a framework for routes, ride reports and resources, plus one dillywhopper of a goofball gravel race in the fall: the Dirty Spokanza. So buckle your helmet, clip in and hit start on your Wahoo!

As this thing grows there will be resources for riders just getting into this adventure thing and perhaps a little merch so that this project can pay for itself: stickers, cycling caps, jerseys, flamdangles and the like. So feel free to throw your own sweaty salt crusted cycling cap in the ring if you feel inspired. This whole thing is for riders and riding, so go ride, stay healthy and please steer around the puddles of bear barf.

Upcoming adventures...
2020 has pretty much gone to hell as far as event calendars go. Spring events that have cancelled are trying to cram the late summer/fall calendar, and we don't know if ANY of that stuff is going to happen. Still, there are a few wild cards:
Other rides in our cross-hairs:
- XWA Virtual Grand Depart on Sunday, May 17th.
- Upload your rides, commutes and trainer sessions to Strava and move your dot along the Cross-Washington Mountain Bike Route.
- Midnight Century on Saturday, August 1st.
- An off-the-grid century, just show up at the appointed time and ride yourself silly.
- The Gravel Flamdangle on Sunday. October 4th.
- This will most likely be a non-entry fee unsupported event for 2020, if it happens at all. We'll post the courses here so you can ride it anytime!
- Circum-Spokane-Cision Adventure Route.
- A recent GBt creation, this ride summits every crank-bender surrounding Spokane. We'll set a date, probably a Sunday in June, but you'll find a course link here soon.
- Todd's Terrible Trifecta.
- A 300'ish mile stay-at-home adventure bikepacking race designed by Gravel Braintrustee Todd Richards. TBA
- Double Mica Hernia.
- Two Mica Peaks, one in Washington, the other in Idaho, one double hernia of a loop. TBA
- Mt Doom Fun Ride.
- Steptoe Butte looms on the southern horizon over the Palouse. A 175 mile loop will definitely have you feeling like a hobbit skipping home from Mordor.
Other rides in our cross-hairs:
- CDA (Crazy Damn Adventure) Rides & Hilly Nilly in Coeur d'Alene.
- Ride the Passes in Wallace, Idaho.
- The Bitterroot 3oo
- Aaron Boatman, Kellogg, Idaho.
- Walla Walla Grit
- Allegro Cyclery, Walla Walla, Washington
